Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
- Defective: Any item that arrives damaged, broken, or not as described (e.g., warped disc, missing tracks, incorrect pressing, unplayable).
- Non‑defective: Items that are in the condition described on the product page, even if there are minor cosmetic flaws that are typical in the shipping, handling, and storage of the items (e.g., minor seam splits, small dings, or light creases on vinyl record jackets) that do not affect playback.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final for Non‑defective items. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are received in good condition and match the description on our website. Before placing your order, please confirm that you are willing to accept the products as described.
Defective or Misdescribed Items
If a product arrives Defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt.
To initiate a claim, please contact us at orders@vothana.com with your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a detailed description.
Upon verification, we will either (a) issue a full refund to the original payment method or (b) ship a replacement at no extra cost at our discretion.
Shipping Damage
Our products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If a product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will guide you through filing a claim with the carrier and ask you to forward the claim reference number to us.
Once the carrier confirms the loss/damage, we will either (a) ship a replacement at no additional cost, or (b) issue a full refund to the original payment method, whichever you prefer. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a comparable substitute or a full refund.
Shipping Returns
If returning products to us, You must include all of the product’s original documents, wrappings, and instructions. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning your item. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are Defective or damaged. (See above)
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
