Shipping Destination
We currently only ship to addresses located within the United States (including all 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands). Orders placed with a non‑U.S. delivery address will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events) processing times may be longer; we will notify you of any delay via e‑mail.

Important: Our store utilizes USPS’s APIs to provide real-time shipping rates at checkout. Please note that the availability and accuracy of these rates are dependent on USPS systems, which may be subject to technical limitations, rate limits, or service disruptions.
In cases where live rates are temporarily unavailable, we offer fallback rates (as listed above) as baseline estimates for each shipping method. If you encounter these fallback rates and prefer to use live USPS rates, we recommend waiting up to one hour before attempting checkout again.
Should you choose to proceed with the fallback rates, please be aware that your final shipping cost will be calculated at the time of label creation. This amount may vary based on factors such as weight rounding, dimensional pricing, and carrier surcharges. The exact shipping charge will be provided to you upon order confirmation.
Media Mail

Orders that select Media Mail shipping but include apparel or any non-qualifying items will be subject to cancellation, as these items are not eligible for Media Mail shipping.
Delivery Estimates
Please note, the delivery estimates are in addition to the estimated Order Processing time shown above.
- Media Mail: 2–8 business days (depends on distance and carrier routing).
- USPS Ground Advantage®: 2-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail®: 2–3 business days.
These are estimated delivery windows; we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other force‑majeure events.
Tracking
All shipments are provided with a tracking number. You will receive an e‑mail containing the tracking link once the label is created.
Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
- For misdelivered packages (e.g., delivered to the wrong address), please notify us immediately so we can coordinate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the buyer.
International Orders
Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. Any attempt to place an international order will result in cancellation and a full refund.
Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify these shipping terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our site after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
